Daniel Bell
Director
Daniel Bell is the director/producer of Stage Chance and writes all the pantomimes for the group. Dan studies drama, performance studies and dance at Hills Road Sixth Form College and has been in many musicals as a performer, most recently Angel in Rent at the Mumford theatre,Cambridge for Viva Youth Theatre. Daniel's pantomimes are being performed in amateur theatre companies around the country.
Louise Sarll
Youth Worker
Louise has been a youth worker based at Soham for 7 years now working with young people aged 11-25. She has been involved with Stage Chance from the beginning and has helped and supported the cast and crew through 9 productions so far. She's a whiz with the photocopier and is know fondly to many as the 'form lady'!! So far she has enabled over 200 young people to achieve an Active Citizens in School accreditation (volunteering award). 'Louise has even found time to put on the high heeled boots and do her rendition of Waterloo in the last cabaret (much to her family's amazement) so keep an eye out she could be back on that stage again one day!!
Katherine Hickmott
Choreographer
Katherine Hickmott trains as a dancer at the Maple Academy of Performing Arts and Stageworks performing arts. Kat attends Hills Road sixth form college studying dance, performance studies, business and geography and is also a member of Viva Youth Theatre and will be going to the edinburgh Fringe Festival with them this August in the production 'Buddy- the Buddy Holly Story'.
Jo Clegg
Wardrobe Mistress
A genius with the needle and thread, Jo has been creating the costumes for Stage Chance from the beginning. An unsung hero; Jo is a vital asset to the group and makes every costume seen on the stage in the pantomimes, most recently 'Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood.' Married with two childen we don't know where she find the time to create these amazing costumes!
Jess Clegg
Choreographer
Jess has just finished taking her GCSE's and will be heading off to join a full time performing arts foundation course at Stageworks performing arts in September. As a new member to the team she has brought warmth and exciting new ideas to the productions. A keen performer, Jess has been a dancer at the Princess Theatre's proffessional pantomimes twice for Mark Andrews Productions in recent years.
